Extended Learning Opportunities . Follow your curiosity by creating a learning experience of your own on a study hall or on your own time. Here are lots of examples of recent BHS ELO's. To develop a new ELO, complete the ELO Planner Template and discuss your idea with Mr. Wilson.

Community Service hours - FAQ explains finding service opportunities, submitting service hours for credit, criteria for receiving credit, and opportunities for recognition. Submit service hours here. Current local service opportunities are listed below.

Educational Leadership - This program pairs a BHS 10th-12th graders with a Pre-k through 8th grade teacher to provide support in their classrooms. This is an excellent community service opportunity! Click here to fill out the application!

Career Exploration - Brunswick High School has many opportunities for you to explore careers.--even if you don't yet know what you want to do! You can start on your own through a website called Pathful Explore where you can take personal assessments or directly search for careers you already know about and watch videos of people doing that work! You can also come to our office in room 203 and we can set up job shadows, career interviews, and internships!

Work-Based Learning - Already have a job? Did you know that you can get elective credit for working at your job? Click here to access the fillable form (or stop by room 203 for a paper copy).

NOTE: If you are planning to drive yourself to any of these opportunities DURING the school day, you need to complete this form.
