Parenting in the digital age can raise a lot of questions. Ever think to yourself: How much screen time is too much? When should my child get a phone? How can I as a parent help my child build healthy habits with technology?
If so, you may want to consider reading 10 Rules for Raising Kids in a High-Tech World written by Jean Twenge. As a psychologist and researcher in child development, technology and mental health, Dr. Twenge tackles the questions many parents are asking today. This book offers ten practical, evidence-based rules to help families navigate smartphones, social media and screen time.
