Dear Parents, Staff, and Students,
I am writing with an update on the recent investigation. As evidenced by my actions recently, I take all allegations of bullying, harassment, and hazing seriously. I also take the well-being of our students seriously, and thus, after consulting with BHS Administration and the investigator, we determined it was in the best interest of our students to reconvene football practice today, Tuesday, September 28, 2021.
The investigation is wrapping up, and although many have reached out to me asking for information, we are not in a position to comment until the investigation is completed, which should be by the end of the week.
Thank you for your confidence and your patience. I am happy to be able to get our student-athletes back on the playing field.
