Interested in playing Unified Basketball?
Unified Basketball joins people with and without intellectual/physical disabilities on the same team. We will have 1 practice and 1 game per week and it will run through March.
Last night in South Portland, the best spellers in Cumberland County gathered for the Cumberland County Spelling Bee. Seventh grader Sam Brassard and sixth grader Vivien Mangalam did an outstanding job in the bee and in representing our school. They correctly spelled words such as: benighted, counterfeit, tiara and embezzlement. Out of all the students in Cumberland County, Vivien and Sam placed fourth and sixth, respectively. BJHS is proud of you both.
