Did you wear green today? The advisory that wears the most green will win a breakfast for their Advisory, on Monday the 22nd! – Mental Health is Health. Reach out and get support.
Here are some simple ways to improve your mental health:
• Hydrate- with water. Not prime, not Red Bull, or juice. Water!
• Eat enough, and try to get a balance of foods. Fruits, chips, protein, a vegetable, dairy, and don’t skip meals!
• Sleep- power off the electronics and try to get at least 8 hours of sleep. Your brain and body need it!
• Connect with people IN PERSON. Talk, laugh, walk together, have a meal together, be around your people.
This is a message from the library. All library books are due back by Wednesday, May 31st. Currently we have hundreds of books that are overdue. Please check your due date and if your book is overdue, please return it, or renew it.
REMINDER: Water only is allowed during school hours! This includes lunch period ! No energy drinks, coffee, soda, etc.
