  REMINDER:  Water only is allowed during school hours!  This includes lunch period!  No energy drinks, coffee, soda, etc.


Bus Changes:

Bus 16 has been merged with other buses, including the following buses: 13, 60, and 53

Bus 16 is bus 53 until further notice. 
Buses 12 & 21 are merged onto bus 12 
Buses 17 & 21 are merged onto bus 17
Bus 14 is bus 51 until further notice.

As a JTAB volunteer, you’ll not only help improve our community, but you will also unlock exclusive access to the BJH Library and its resources.  –  Interested in being part of JTAB? Hey Dragons! Are you looking for a way to make a difference in our school? Join Sources of Strength, a club all about spreading hope, help, and strength. Together, we’ll work on fun projects—like creating positive bulletin boards, leading school-wide activities, and sharing ways to support friends and classmates. Everyone has unique strengths—and we want yours! Sources of Strength will meet Mondays after school until 4 starting September 22. Interested in joining? Come to the guidance office and see Mrs. Roy or Mrs. Weeks.  Let’s make this year stronger together! 

The Outing Club is starting up again! If you love the outdoors or if you are interested in seeing what it is all about, come check out a meeting. The first meeting will be after school NEXT Thursday, the 18th

🚍 Late Bus has started!!
The Late Bus runs on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays and leaves BJHS at 4:10 p.m.

  • Sign up for a Late Bus Pass in the front office by lunchtime.

  • Pick up your blue bus pass from the front office at the end of the day.

  • Meet by the Gym Doors to get on the bus.

  • Remember: Late Bus stops are different from your regular stop—check yours ahead of time.

  • The full list of stops is posted on our website.

Congratulations Summer Readers!!  BJH Students read a total of 725 books this summer.  106 students participated and have earned a special treat that their Flex/SSR teacher will pass out to them this week.  Congratulations!!

Here's an important announcement from the Art Department. The 5th annual After School Art Fair will be held next Wednesday, September 24th, from the walker bell until 3:45. A variety of exciting art workshops will be offered by students from the Maine College of Art for FREE! This event is open to all BJHS students, but you must sign up ahead of time. Spaces in the workshops are limited, and are first come, first served. Check your email for the link to sign up and see Ms. Bucknam for more details. See you at the Art Fair!

We will be having an after school flu clinic on October 2nd in the Coffin Gym from 2:30 pm to 8 pm.

Boys Soccer- No Practice, show your support at the BHS game at 3:15

Girls Soccer- 8th Grade Only- 4:00-5:30
