Announcements:

Please remember to bring your own water bottle from home - the supply of cups used for the water fountains is depleted. (We are NOT able to order more due to the supply chain issues.)

  • Happy Pride Week, BJHS! Have you heard of the local organization, OUT Maine? Their mission is to “Build Welcoming and Affirming Communities for Maine’s LGBTQ+ Youth.” Years ago, when we were organizing our first “Q+A Club,” they helped us envision how awesome this group could really be. OUT Maine offers many FREE opportunities for students to connect and learn–both in person and online, during the school year as well as over summer break. Check them out today, at OUTMaine.org.

    • Coming up: Friday is “Wear Rainbow” Day, and our whole town will be celebrating Pride on the mall afterschool from 4pm-7pm. If you’d like to walk with us to Pride, see Mr. McNamara in room 403 for a Field Trip form.

  • Don’t forget to check Lost and Found! The end of the year is getting close!

  • Library books are now due!  Please return them today!

  • Mental Health issues do not define who you are! They are something you experience. You walk in the rain and you feel the rain but you are NOT the rain

  • We appreciate your recycling efforts! Please remember, ONLY paper belongs in the blue bins. Everything else goes in the trash.

    • If you think it might be recyclable or returnable (like a 5 cent returnable bottle) you could bring it home and recycle it there. Thanks for helping to reduce, reuse, and RECYCLE at Brunswick Junior High!

  • Act Fast: Extra yearbook copies now available!

    • Here’s one last chance to capture lifelong memories. We have ordered extra yearbooks. But when they’re gone, they’re gone!

    • Order today at http://jostensyearbooks.com?re...

  • Wind Ensemble for 6th, 7th & 8th graders meets TOMORROW in the Band room at 7:05a.
