Starting on Monday, September 29, students in grades 3–5 will be participating in the Maine Through Year Assessment. This statewide assessment is an opportunity for students to show what they know and for teachers to gather helpful information that supports learning throughout the year.
Testing Schedule:
3rd Grade: Reading on Monday, September 29 · Math on Tuesday, September 30
4th Grade: Math on Tuesday, September 30 · Reading on Thursday, October 2
5th Grade: Reading on Tuesday, September 30 · Math on Thursday, October 2
Tips for Success:
Make sure your child gets a good night’s sleep before each test day.
Start the morning with a healthy breakfast to fuel focus and energy.
Encourage your child with a positive mindset—remind them that doing their best is what matters most!
