At the end of January we will be rolling out the iPads for our new student 1:1 program in Brunswick Schools. All students in KFS will be issued the following items (1) Apple iPad in a Brenthaven Edge 360 case, (2) Apple lightning cord and adapter, (3) Brenthaven carry sleeve (4) Brenthaven Rugged Headset with breakaway, (5) Bag for the headset. Students in grades 3-12 will receive a Chromebook.
Our iPads have all the included software that is needed as well as a managed Apps store for additional resources. Most of their daily apps are logged in with their accounts -teachers can be contacted for account information for some other services .

REMOTE/DISTANCE LEARNERS
When: January 26,27,28 from 6:30 am to 6pm
Where: Coffin School, 20 Barrows Street (main entrance)
Please visit the deployment location on the days and times above, if you have students in grades PK-9 you will be able to pick up for all family members at this location. If you claimed a Chromebook (w/adapter) please bring with you to the school. A release paperwork will be signed at location.
**if you did not visit during this period please visit Coffin School February 10 or 11 (6:30am-6pm) for our secondary/final pickup period**
HYBRID LEARNERS
When: Starting February 1
Where: Deployed in class
Step 1 - Coh A/Monday, Feb 1; Coh B/Thursday Feb 4
Students will go home with a release form which should be signed that night by the parent/guardian
Step 2 - Coh A/Tuesday, Feb 2 (now Feb 8) ; Coh B/Friday Feb 5
Students should bring the signed release form and Chromebook w/adapter if deployed in the Fall -If both items are turned in the student will be sent home with the iPad and accessories. A second (checkout) form will be placed with the equipment which should be filled out acknowledging that you received all the components which should be returned to the teacher on the following week or day the student sees their teacher.
