What do you like to do outside of work for fun?
I like to spend time at the beach. Spend time with family & friends outdoors, and support our children at their sporting events. We really enjoying going to the Hearts of Pines games when we are able to score tickets!

Favorite line from a movie?
"If you lay a strong enough foundation, We’ll pass it on to you, We'll give the world to you." - Hamilton

If you could meet anyone, living or dead, who would you meet?
My grandmother that passed away before I was born. I hear that she was an amazing woman! Our daughter is named after her.

This week, our GT Art seventh and eighth graders created incredible self-portrait collages using mirrors and a variety of materials. Inspired by artists like Norman Rockwell and Vincent van Gogh, students practiced sketching facial features before drawing their final portraits on canvas. They brought their work to life with paint, collage papers, oil pastels, colored pencils, and markers. Each piece is a unique reflection of the individual artist — and we couldn’t be more proud! 🎨✨

101st Air Refueling Wing
Congratulations to our 2026 Maine Air National Guard Outstanding Airmen of the Year
selects!

As a Material Management Journeyman with the Logistics Readiness Squadron, SrA
Izabella Willett expertly manages the supply chain, inventory, and logistics vital to the
101st ARW's mission. Demonstrating leadership beyond her rank, she serves with
distinction as the Assistant NCOIC of the Maine State Honor Guard, where she instills a
culture of precision and dignity.

SrA Willett has personally rendered full military honors at over 100 funeral services and
expertly orchestrated 5 retirement ceremonies, including a notable service for a General
Officer. To amplify her team's capabilities, she directed a key training initiative,
dedicating 15 off-duty hours to mentor and certify 9 retirees in flag-folding protocols.

This action expanded the unit's capacity for full military honors by 25%, ensuring no
veteran's family is denied this final tribute. Her dedication personifies the highest
standards of the Maine Air National Guard and guarantees our nation's heroes receive
the honor they have earned.
